Q: Error Reporting Where do I report errors that I encounter using the website? A: All problem reporting, information requests, improvement suggestions, and general inquiries should be directed to: info@landscapelighting.net. A link to this email address is on the Contact Us page of the website and at several locations in the online store. Q: LLC Ownership Who owns Landscape Lighting Company? A: LLC is a corporation that is privately owned by Mr. Stanley Devore and family. Mr. Devore is a home grown product of Louisville, KY. He established the business in 1980 and has grown it to be the third largest distributor of outdoor lighting products in the country. Q: Our Store Do you have a storefront to accomodate walk-in customers? A: We have the largest exclusively landscape lighting showroom in the country where we showcase a large majority of the products we sell. Walk-in customers are welcome and our showroom is fully staffed during regular business hours. Q: Stock Inventory How many stock items do you carry? A: Our inventory varies with the season's, but typically we are stocking several thousand items including one of the largest selections of replacement bulbs and replacement parts in the country. Our stock light fixtures are normally kept to the most popular brands sold locally since we have the ability to drop-ship from a number of our manufacturers locations with no delays to our endusers. Q: Christmas Lights Do you carry Christmas Lights? A: Landscape Lighting carries a full line of high quality exterior Christmas lights in a variety of styles and sizes. We also offer put up /take down services along with storage for our normal service area. Q: Sales Area What is your primary sales area? A: Landscape Lighting will ship to any continental USA location and to locations outside the USA by special arrangement. Our installation and service area is limited to a 200 mile radius of Louisville, Kentucky, but we provide consulting and design services across the country. Q: Return Policy What is your policy for accepting returned purchased products? A: We will accept returns of unopened/unused products for a period of thirty days from the date of shipment. You must call to obtain a return authorization before sending your item(s). Special order items are not eligible for return except in the case of faulty product on delivery. Q: Hours of Operation What are you normal business hours? A: Landscape Lighting's hours of operation are as follows: May thru October Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm EST November thru April Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Q: Order History How can I see status and history of my placed orders. A: From the home page you may select any of the categories such as [Accessories] or [Up/Down Lighting] to enter the store. once in the store there will be a link in the menu titled [Your Account]. Click this option and you will be taken to a secure login where you must enter any valid order number you have placed, your last name, and the email address on file for your orders. Upon successful login, you will be presented with a browser window of your order history. You may use the icons and fields to view order details, status,packing slips, and even resend yourself a copy of the order acknowledgement. Mousing over the icons will provide tool tips to let you know what the link will do when clicked. Q: Products Lines Do you carry more products than are listed on your website? A: As the third largest distributor of landscape lighting products in the country, we have direct manufacturer ties to more than fifteen major suppliers, Hadco, Kichler, Focus, Eye, GE, and Kim just to name a few. A: Landscapelighting.net is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrytion keys for all sensitive transaction data. You can verify this by the https:// prefix in your browser address bar when entering and sending sensitive information such as credit card and order data. The data that we collect from you is never distributed or resold and is maintained strictly for the use of our returning customers and to help us provide you with a high level of service. All credit card information is deleted following the completion of an order. Q: Reseller Programs Do you offer any special programs for contractors or affiliates? A: Landscape Lighting is a distributor and therefore much of our business is to resellers and contractors. We offer pricing discounts and extended services to our qualified resllers with volume determining the various price breaks.
